Equipment: water proof equipment, crampons and Box Lunch

Departure from the towards the Nunatak refuge, after preparing the equipment we start the climbing of the mount, the highest of the mountain range that takes its name, Alvear.
We are in the middle of the range, snow, rock and ice are part of landscape. A stop for lunch and to recover energy get us ready to continue to the final area, after putting on the crampones we start moving. The top of the mount will delight us with the majesty of the landscape, views of Beagle Channel, Fagnano Lakes, Yehuin and Chepelmut and the mountain range Darwin in Chile. The condors will be the only witnesses of our trip. We returned later to the refuge and to the Hotel.
