In the morning, meeting with our host, the wine expert guide will accompany us throughout the tour. Then start heading for the central agricultural oasis to visit two wineries for the selected circuit, touring their facilities and enjoy a tasting of their wines.
The guide will teach the different varietals of the region, its processes, and the care, breeding and fractionation of different types of wine. It will also include extensive information on the systems of Vine and irrigation.
At noon the third winery visit and participate in a traditional lunch in it, where we will implement the technique of sampling, and the guide will explain in detail the importance of the cork in the bottle and the use of glasses for tasting.
In the afternoon return to hotel.
